A Crazy Summer

What a crazy summer it has been. Its hard to believe it is almost over. We went to the Asian Lantern Festival with Tim's parents, my mom, and my sister's family. It was hot and the kids hated walking. We probably should have brought the wagon since they always want to be carried. Never the less, it was still beautiful with all of the lights.

We also went to Majestic Meadows Alpaca Farm. This place was big, had tons of animals and only $5 to get in. We all had a good time except for Avery. She was scared of all the animals. Reagan was the opposite and was hugging all of them.

Tim and the girls have camped outside in a tent in the front yard a few nights. I volunteered to stay inside and watch the dogs.. :)

I am not looking forward to school starting. Our district is doing remote learning the first 9 weeks and then based on the warning level, it might be in person, remote learning or a combination of the two. Avery does NOT do well with remote learning. She needs the in person interaction and the extra push from her teachers. She listens to them much better than she listens to Tim and I.
