God Gave Me You

So I am a little {okay, a lot} behind posting pics from all of the Halloween activities  and I apologize. I promise I will post them as soon as I can. Until then, I wanted to post this.

Every time I hear “God Gave Me You” by Blake Shelton, I get teary eyed. It was a very popular song when Avery was in the nicu back in 2012 and I heard it on the radio so many times when I was driving to and from the hospital. Even though it’s a love song, the first verse and chorus just remind me so much of Avery. When I am having bad days, I just think of her and everything is better.

Here are some of the lyrics and a link to the video if you have not heard it before. Ignore the very beginning of the music video (since Miranda Lambert is talking and they just got divorced..lol..and the last part of the song because that part is more of a love song…)
