Day 40 in the NICU- October 8, 2012

Avery's big news of the day was that she was taken off the Cpap and placed on a high flow nasal cannula called a Vapotherm. She looked so good not wearing a mask. I called for an update tonight and she is back on the cpap. Her weight is still 940. I am happy she hasn't lost any weight. Here are some pics without the cpap...

This was the new Vapotherm machine I was hooked up to. I didn't like it much. I kept trying to pull the prongs out of my nose and I had a lot of B's.
